Artist Terms
Responsibilities that support accurate records, lawful presentation, and reliable availability.

Authorship and rights
Artists must submit only work they created and images they have the right to provide. Submission authorizes confidential gallery review but does not itself publish the work or create representation.
Accurate records
Titles, medium, materials, dimensions, edition size, signature, condition, price, location, and availability must be truthful and kept current.
Availability
A one-of-one work cannot be offered as available after it is sold, reserved elsewhere, destroyed, or withdrawn. Artists must promptly communicate any status change.
Review and presentation
The gallery may decline, request clarification, or remove material that does not meet curatorial, image, rights, accuracy, or operational standards. Formal representation terms require a separate written agreement.
