Information you provide
We receive the details you choose to submit, such as contact information, messages, artist application materials, artwork selections, and delivery information. The reservation form does not collect payment card details.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review artist submissions, manage newsletter preferences, verify artwork availability, prepare delivery details, prevent abuse, and maintain gallery records.
Storage and access
Submission records are restricted to gallery operations. Uploaded artist images are stored privately for review and are not published through the application flow. Records are retained only as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, and security.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your submitted information, or unsubscribe from gallery messages, by contacting info@onlineartfactory.com.
