Clear communication protects collectors, artists, and the work itself.

Review before confirming

Return eligibility and timing depend on the work, destination, and delivery arrangement. The applicable terms are provided with the gallery's written acquisition confirmation before payment.

If a return is approved

The work must remain in the condition received and use approved packing and transport. Do not ship artwork back without written instructions from the gallery.

Damage in transit

Transit damage is handled separately from a discretionary return. Retain the package, photograph the exterior and artwork, and contact customerservice@onlineartfactory.com immediately so the carrier record can be opened.
