Shipping is not treated as a generic line item. Size, weight, glazing, dimensional surfaces, insurance, customs requirements, and the destination all shape the safest route.
The gallery confirms the delivery method and cost before acquisition is completed.
Artists document condition before dispatch and use protective methods appropriate to the medium. Large, fragile, or unusually dimensional work may require a fitted crate or specialist carrier.
Tracking is supplied when the carrier accepts the package. Keep all packing until you have inspected the work.
Photograph any visible package damage before opening. If the work appears affected, pause unpacking where safe and contact customerservice@onlineartfactory.com promptly with photographs.
