Photograph honestly
Use even light, neutral surroundings, straight edges, accurate color, and enough resolution to inspect the surface. Do not add text, logos, borders, room staging, or graphic effects.
Keep records ready
For every work, maintain the title, year, medium, materials, dimensions, edition status, signature, condition, price, and availability.
Protect rights and trust
Submit only original work and images you have the right to share. Do not present reproductions of another artist's work or make unsupported claims about provenance, materials, or exhibition history.
