About the work
Smoke Line centers a long clear-to-smoke glass body holding a hair-thin suspended silver line. Reid Callahan develops the work through kiln casting, silver-leaf inclusion, annealing, and selective polishing, keeping its material construction and visual rhythm clearly legible.
